Peekzip.com provides ZIP file inspection services. We do not store, save, or retain any ZIP files or their contents. All processing is done client-side in your browser, and files are immediately discarded after analysis.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, inspect, or analyze any files containing copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

4. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. While we do not store any files, the use of our Service to inspect copyrighted materials without authorization is strictly prohibited. Users found to be repeatedly violating this policy may be banned from the Service.

5. Data Privacy and Security

All file processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or retain any ZIP files or their contents on our servers. Any data generated during analysis is temporary and exists only in your browser session.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Texas, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the arbitrators located in Texas. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Peekzip.com shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
